Eligibility for Submission

Anyone may submit an abstract.
WCTC does not have members in the society itself, but is a single organization with membership of societies in the field of trauma around the world.

Program Structure

The program of WTC2023 will consist of themes and speakers gathered from 20 world affiliated societies of WCTC and 6 Japanese affiliated societies, as well as general abstracts and posters.
When you submit abstract, please answer if you wish to be considered for best papers or not.
If you answer Yes to the question and be selected as one of best papers, your abstract will be assigned to the sessions consisting of themes gathered from WTC affiliated societies, and you will speak in that session. The decision will be made by the WTC2023 scientific committee.

Submission Guidelines

• Abstract title should not exceed 200 words and abstract should not exceed 550 words.
• All abstracts must be written and presented in English.
• You need to read and agree to “WTC2023 Privacy Policy” on the submission form in order to proceed with your submission.
• You need to choose an appropriate topic for your abstract.
