参加費は基本的に上記、表の通りの金額となりますが、今回のThe 6th World Trauma Congressは国内の日本外科学会、日本救急医学会、日本外傷学会、日本骨折治療学会、日本Acute Care Surgery学会、日本脳神経外傷学会のご協力のもと開催されます為、下記の学会に参加し、参加証をお持ちの方は参加登録の際に提示いただければFull Registrationのご自身のカテゴリーから1学会につき1万5千円、最大で3万円までの値引きを行います。

How to Register
Registration is scheduled to start from 26th October 2022.
Registration URL will be announced on this website once ready, so please fill in the necessary information on the registration page and apply.
If you have a certificate of participation in an annual meeting, resident or student identification, please upload it at the time of registration.

VISA
Passport and Visa
Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. To proceed with the visa application, you will need visa application documents and contact to Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Visa Acquisitions
Necessary documents required for visa applications and for submitting to your organization will be issued by WTC2023 secretariat. To apply for visa, online registration is required.

For required documents, please refer to the MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan) website or your local Japan consulate office and embassy.As it may take some time for the required documents to be issued, please proceed well in advance.

Definitive Surgical and Anaesthetic Trauma Care
DSTCTM / DATCTM Course
We will provide DSTCTM/DATCTM course officially recognized by IATSIC (International Association for Trauma Surgery and Intensive Care). DSTCTM is for surgeons. DATCTM is for anesthesiologist and intensivist. Please actively participate!
